Yes. EzAuto requires a deposit upfront before delivery. Your deposit is typically between 10% and 50% of the vehicle value, and the exact amount is set during your approval based on the vehicle (age/mileage/price) and your application profile. A higher deposit can help you qualify and can reduce your monthly rental. In some cases, the deposit can start from a low minimum (e.g., around R3,000), but this depends on the deal and vehicle criteria.
Yes — you can still apply. The best place to start is to apply online, even if your credit is poor or you’re under debt review. We assess each application individually and focus on affordability, stable income, and your current situation. Once your application is in, our team will review it, let you know what supporting documents are needed (if any), and guide you through the next steps in a clear and supportive way.

Yes, you can purchase the vehicle from us at any time within the agreement. Alternatively, you have the option to buy the vehicle at the end of the agreement (60 months) for R5,000.
You are welcome to contact any of our dealerships to assist with trading in your vehicle as the deposit is paid directly to the dealer.
We work with a large net work of motor dealers, and will purchase the vehicle of your choice from the dealers in our net work and with most dealers out side of our dealership network.

Yes, all our cars are covered with comprehensive insurance. All vehicles are also covered for road side assist.
Yes, after the minimum 6 month period you can return the car any time by paying the cancellation fee equal to one monthly rental payment on the condition your account is up to date.
